Guest Relations Officer

Job Description

The Guest Relations Officer welcomes guests, manages enquiries, handles feedback and service recovery, and coordinates with hotel departments to ensure a smooth and personalized stay. Candidates typically need hospitality or customer-service experience, strong English communication skills, a pleasant and professional manner, and confidence dealing with guests from different cultures. Additional language skills are advantageous. The role requires good problem-solving ability, attention to detail, computer literacy, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Shangri-La expects candidates to represent the hotel warmly, maintain luxury service standards, protect guest confidentiality and remain calm and courteous in busy situations.
