The company is known for warm Asian hospitality, high service standards and premium guest experiences. The property serves international leisure travellers, families, groups and business guests. Destination Guide

Sri Lanka offers opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, tourism, wellness, travel operations, technology and business services, particularly in Colombo, the southern coast, Kandy and the cultural triangle. The culture combines Sinhalese, Tamil, Muslim and colonial influences, with strong traditions of hospitality, family life, religion, music and local cuisine. Living costs are generally lower than in major Western cities, although imported goods and premium housing can be expensive. Hambantota provides a quieter coastal lifestyle, warm weather, beaches, wildlife and open spaces; Colombo offers more international services and nightlife. Foreign employees normally need an employment or residence visa sponsored or supported by the employer, and should confirm current requirements with Sri Lankan immigration authorities before travelling. Candidates should arrange written confirmation of salary, service charge, accommodation, insurance, flights, taxation and relocation support before accepting an offer.
