The Laundry Manager is responsible for managing the hotel laundry operation, including staff scheduling, linen and uniform processing, quality control, inventory, equipment care, and cost management. Candidates should have experience in hotel laundry, housekeeping, or commercial textile operations, ideally within a luxury or international property. Strong knowledge of washing, drying, pressing, stain removal, health and safety procedures, and chemical handling is expected. The successful candidate should be organized, service-oriented, physically fit, and confident supervising a diverse team. Attention to detail, leadership skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays are important. Experience with laundry equipment maintenance and sustainable operating practices would be an advantage.
