Job Description

The Captain, Shophouse is responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, welcoming guests, taking orders, coordinating service, and ensuring food and beverage standards are consistently met. Candidates should have relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant environment, strong communication skills, sound knowledge of service procedures, and a professional, guest-focused attitude. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, the ability to handle busy periods, and confidence in guiding service staff. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected. Familiarity with POS systems, menu knowledge, hygiene standards, and resolving guest concerns would be advantageous.
