Night Manager

Job Description

The Night Manager oversees hotel operations during overnight hours, ensuring smooth front-office service, guest satisfaction, security, and effective coordination between departments. Responsibilities typically include supervising the night team, handling late arrivals and guest concerns, reviewing daily financial reports, coordinating emergency responses, and preparing handover notes for the morning management team. Candidates should have experience in hotel front office or night audit operations, strong leadership and communication skills, sound knowledge of hotel systems, and the ability to make calm decisions independently. Fluency in English is normally required; Cantonese or Mandarin and experience with luxury hospitality are valuable. Flexibility to work overnight, weekends, and public holidays is expected.
