Assistant Manager (Lobby Lounge)

Job Description

The Assistant Manager oversees daily operations of the Lobby Lounge, ensuring polished service, guest satisfaction, accurate billing, and smooth coordination with the kitchen and other hotel departments. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, several years of experience in upscale food and beverage operations, strong communication skills, and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. The successful candidate is expected to lead and coach service staff, manage guest requests and complaints professionally, maintain luxury service standards, monitor stock and operating procedures, and support revenue and cost-control targets. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential, as is a well-groomed, personable, and commercially aware approach.
