In Hong Kong, its properties serve business travellers, leisure guests, local residents, and major events. Destination Guide

Hong Kong offers strong opportunities in hotels, restaurants, retail, finance, logistics, aviation, technology, and tourism. Its culture blends Cantonese traditions with international influences, and workplaces commonly value punctuality, courtesy, efficiency, and teamwork. Life is fast-paced, with excellent public transport, diverse food, vibrant neighbourhoods, hiking trails, beaches, and easy access to nearby islands and mainland China. English is widely used in business, while Cantonese is especially valuable for customer-facing roles. Most overseas professionals need an employment visa sponsored by a Hong Kong company; applications usually require a confirmed job, relevant qualifications or experience, and proof that the role cannot readily be filled locally. New arrivals should budget carefully for rent, deposits, transport, and healthcare, as housing can be expensive. Shared accommodation or living outside central districts can reduce costs.
