The Senior Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice to Shangri-La’s corporate and operational teams, with a primary focus on commercial disputes, litigation, investigations, risk management and dispute prevention. The role is expected to manage external counsel, oversee claims and proceedings across relevant jurisdictions, draft and negotiate agreements, and advise senior stakeholders on legal exposure and business strategy. Candidates should be qualified lawyers with substantial post-qualification experience, preferably gained in a leading law firm or multinational organisation. Strong experience in contentious corporate or commercial matters, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to work independently across cultures are expected. Hong Kong or another common-law qualification and experience in the hospitality, real estate or consumer sectors would be advantageous.
