The Fire Life Safety Coordinator supports fire prevention, emergency preparedness and life-safety compliance across Shangri-La residences. Requirements typically include relevant experience in hotel, residential, facilities or security operations; knowledge of fire codes, emergency procedures, evacuation planning and safety inspections; and strong coordination and reporting skills. Fire-safety training or certification, first-aid knowledge and the ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to conduct regular inspections and drills, maintain safety equipment and records, coordinate with engineering, security and local authorities, investigate incidents and train employees and residents. The role requires vigilance, professionalism, sound judgment and the ability to respond calmly during emergencies.
