Senior Executive, Content Marketing & PR

Job Description

The Senior Executive, Content Marketing & PR supports Shangri-La Singapore’s communications and marketing activities by creating engaging content, managing digital channels, coordinating media relations, and helping deliver campaigns that strengthen the hotel’s brand. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field, along with several years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands. The candidate should have strong writing, editing, storytelling, organisational, and communication skills, understand social media and content trends, and be comfortable working with internal teams, agencies, journalists, and other stakeholders. Creativity, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage deadlines are essential.
