Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Administrator (OMS) supports daily warehouse administration and order management activities, ensuring accurate data, timely processing and smooth communication between warehouse teams, customers and transport partners. Requirements typically include administrative or warehouse experience, good computer skills, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and warehouse or order-management systems. Experience with OMS, WMS, inventory records, shipping documentation or DHL processes is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to work accurately under pressure, follow operational and safety procedures, resolve routine discrepancies, meet deadlines and contribute positively to a fast-paced team. Flexibility for shift-based work and strong written and verbal communication may also be required.
