Discipline Manager

Job Description

The Discipline Manager is responsible for leading a specialist engineering or construction discipline within UGL projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with technical, contractual, quality, and schedule requirements. The role typically requires relevant tertiary qualifications or trade experience, substantial industry experience, leadership capability, and sound knowledge of Australian standards, project controls, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate is expected to manage discipline resources, review designs and technical deliverables, support procurement and construction teams, resolve technical issues, monitor progress, and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
