Senior Document Controller

Job Description

The Senior Document Controller manages the creation, registration, distribution, revision, storage and retrieval of project documentation. Requirements typically include several years of document control experience, preferably in infrastructure, rail, energy, resources or construction; strong knowledge of document management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint or TeamBinder; excellent attention to detail; and confident use of Microsoft Office. The successful candidate is expected to maintain accurate records, follow project and client procedures, support audits, prepare reports, control document transmittals and work effectively with engineers, project managers, contractors and clients. Strong communication, organisation, confidentiality and the ability to manage competing deadlines are essential.
