Quality Advisor

Job Description

The Quality Advisor supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems across construction projects. Typical requirements include experience in quality assurance or quality control within civil construction, infrastructure, mining or related industries; knowledge of ISO 9001 principles; ability to prepare inspection and test plans, manage project documentation, conduct audits and track non-conformances. Candidates are expected to communicate confidently with project teams, subcontractors and clients, interpret technical specifications, maintain accurate records and promote a practical quality culture on site. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, sound reporting ability and a commitment to safety and compliance are important.
