Job Description

The Senior Claims Officer manages and assesses claims involving customers, employees, property, or other operational matters, ensuring they are investigated, documented, and resolved in line with Qantas policies, legislation, and service standards. Requirements typically include relevant experience in claims management, insurance, dispute resolution, risk, or legal administration; strong analytical, written, and negotiation skills; sound judgement; and confidence handling sensitive information.
