Job Description

The Senior Manager, Data Product & Engagement role is expected to lead the development, adoption and continuous improvement of data products across Qantas. Requirements typically include substantial experience in data product management, analytics, digital transformation or a related field; strong knowledge of data governance, customer or employee engagement, and modern data platforms; and proven leadership of cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will translate business needs into practical data solutions, build stakeholder confidence, improve data literacy and ensure products deliver measurable commercial value. Strong communication, strategic thinking, project delivery skills and the ability to influence senior leaders are essential. Experience in aviation, a large enterprise or a complex regulated environment would be advantageous.
