Job Description

The Senior Associate Strategy role supports the development and execution of strategic priorities across Qantas. Requirements typically include several years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, commercial analysis or a related field; strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills; and excellent written and verbal communication. The successful candidate is expected to analyse markets and competitors, build business cases, prepare executive presentations, manage workstreams and translate complex findings into practical recommendations. The role also requires collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders across the airline, sound commercial judgement, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
