Company Info

Its work is focused on helping people live independently, access appropriate support and improve their quality of life. A role supporting telephony and customer experience would contribute to how clients, families, referrers and staff connect with the organisation. Employees may work with operational leaders, frontline teams, technology specialists and external suppliers to improve digital services and customer interactions across a geographically distributed healthcare network.

Destination Guide

New Zealand offers opportunities in healthcare, technology, customer experience, digital transformation, engineering and public services, particularly in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and other regional centres. The North Island has larger urban job markets, warmer weather and easier access to beaches, while the South Island is known for mountains, outdoor recreation and a generally smaller-city lifestyle. Workplace culture is usually collaborative, relatively informal and respectful of work-life balance, with strong emphasis on inclusion and practical problem-solving. Living costs are highest in Auckland and Wellington, especially for housing. International applicants commonly need an Accredited Employer Work Visa supported by an eligible employer; residence options may depend on occupation, salary, qualifications and immigration policy. Candidates should confirm current requirements with Immigration New Zealand, budget for relocation and healthcare arrangements, and check regional transport and housing availability before moving.
