Job Description

The Food and Beverage Manager oversees restaurant, bar, banquet, and room-service operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, consistent service standards, food safety, and profitability. Candidates should have several years of hotel or upscale restaurant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and sound knowledge of budgeting, cost control, inventory, and hospitality procedures.
