Company Info

The property offers an elegant resort experience influenced by Arabian design and hospitality, with guest rooms and suites, restaurants, lounges, leisure facilities, spa services, pools, and event spaces. Its location on the Ajman coastline provides a relaxed alternative to the larger commercial centers of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, while remaining within convenient driving distance of both. As part of Marriott’s global network, the resort follows internationally recognized standards for guest service, hotel operations, professional conduct, and employee development. Front-office employees work in a multicultural environment and serve leisure travelers, families, business guests, and international visitors.

Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but a federation of seven emirates offering strong opportunities in hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, construction, technology, and finance. Dubai and Abu Dhabi have the largest employment markets, while Ajman offers a quieter and generally more affordable lifestyle. UAE culture combines Islamic traditions, Emirati heritage, and a highly international population. Respectful dress and behavior are expected, particularly during Ramadan and in public places. Most expatriates live in furnished apartments or employer-provided accommodation and rely on cars, taxis, or public transport. Salaries are commonly tax-free, although living costs vary considerably by emirate. For most foreign employees, the employer sponsors an employment entry permit, medical screening, Emirates ID, and residence visa. Candidates should confirm accommodation, transport, insurance, flights, probation terms, and contract conditions before relocating. The climate is very hot and humid in summer, with mild winters.
