Job Description

The Barista prepares and serves coffee, tea and other beverages to hotel guests and restaurant customers. Applicants should have barista or café experience, strong knowledge of espresso preparation, milk texturing and beverage presentation, and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods. Good customer service, communication and cash-handling skills are expected. The candidate should maintain high hygiene standards, follow food-safety procedures, keep the coffee station clean and well stocked, and work cooperatively with the wider food and beverage team. Flexibility to work mornings, weekends and public holidays is generally required.
