Job Description

The Cafe Manager/Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations at BVLGARI Osaka Cafe, ensuring polished service, strong guest satisfaction, and compliance with luxury hospitality standards. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff, managing scheduling, coordinating service flow, monitoring sales and costs, handling guest concerns, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Candidates should have several years of experience in upscale restaurants, cafes, hotels, or luxury retail hospitality, with proven leadership ability. Strong communication skills, professionalism, commercial awareness, and a passion for food and beverage service are expected.
