Job Description

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms, public areas and other resort facilities to Sheraton’s standards. Typical duties include making beds, changing linen, replenishing amenities, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and reporting maintenance or safety issues. Candidates should have good attention to detail, a reliable and positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous hotel or cleaning experience is helpful but may not be essential, as training is generally provided. The role requires physical stamina, safe manual-handling practices, professional guest interaction and flexibility to work mornings, weekends and public holidays.
