Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but it is a popular Gulf destination with strong opportunities in hotels, restaurants, retail, aviation, tourism, finance, technology, and construction. Dubai offers a modern, international lifestyle, excellent transport, shopping, beaches, desert activities, and a busy social scene. Abu Dhabi is generally quieter and known for culture, business, and family-oriented living. UAE culture values hospitality, respect, modest public behavior, and awareness of Islamic customs; English is widely used. Employers normally sponsor work visas, residence permits, medical checks, and Emirates ID processing for eligible employees. Confirm that the employer covers recruitment and visa costs before accepting an offer. Relocating workers should budget for deposits, transport, personal expenses, and possible accommodation changes. Summers are extremely hot, while winter is comfortable and popular for outdoor activities.
