Job Description

The Guest Experience Expert welcomes guests, manages arrivals and departures, handles reservations and payments, responds to requests, and helps create a smooth and memorable hotel stay. Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel reception, guest services, or a related customer-facing role; strong communication and problem-solving skills; professional presentation; computer literacy; and availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Fluency in English and the legal right to work in Australia are expected. The successful candidate should be warm, confident, attentive to detail, commercially aware, and comfortable representing a luxury brand while delivering personalised service.
