Job Description

The Houseperson supports the Housekeeping team by maintaining guest floors, service areas, linen rooms and public spaces to Ritz-Carlton standards. Duties may include delivering linen and supplies, removing rubbish, assisting room attendants, cleaning back-of-house areas and responding promptly to guest or department requests. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, well presented and comfortable standing, walking, lifting and working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Previous hotel, cleaning or customer-service experience is helpful but may not be essential. The role requires attention to detail, a professional manner, teamwork, confidentiality and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction and workplace safety.
