Job Description

The Director of Marketing & Communications leads the hotel’s marketing, public relations, communications, digital presence, media relations, and promotional strategy. Candidates should have substantial experience in luxury hospitality marketing, brand communications, public relations, campaign development, content creation, and team leadership. Strong knowledge of the Indonesian and international travel markets, excellent written and verbal English, commercial awareness, and proven media and stakeholder relationships are expected. The role requires strategic thinking, creativity, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work closely with sales, revenue, food and beverage, rooms, and corporate Marriott teams. The successful candidate is expected to protect the W brand, increase awareness and demand, manage the hotel’s reputation, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced resort environment.
