Job Description

The Chef de Partie supports the Signature Restaurant kitchen by preparing and presenting dishes to the required recipes, quality standards, and service timings. Candidates should have professional culinary training and relevant experience in a hotel, fine-dining, or high-volume restaurant kitchen. Knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP practices, ingredient handling, portion control, and kitchen safety is expected. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently during busy services. The successful candidate should be flexible with shifts, including weekends and public holidays, maintain a clean workstation, assist with stock control, and communicate professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
