Job Description

The Bar & Lounge Manager is responsible for managing daily bar and lounge operations, ensuring excellent guest service, effective team performance, and adherence to Marriott standards. Requirements typically include hospitality management experience, strong knowledge of beverage service, inventory control, cash handling, licensing procedures, and staff supervision. Experience in an upscale hotel or resort, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with international guests are highly desirable. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, maintain service and hygiene standards, manage schedules and costs, resolve guest concerns professionally, and support revenue growth through creative beverage offerings and high-quality service.
