Job Description

The Steward supports the kitchen and food-and-beverage operation by washing dishes, cookware, utensils and equipment; maintaining cleanliness in kitchens, storage areas and service spaces; removing waste; and following food-safety, hygiene and chemical-handling procedures. Candidates should be physically fit, dependable, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous stewarding, dishwashing or hotel experience is helpful but may not be essential. The successful candidate is expected to work efficiently under pressure, follow instructions, cooperate with chefs and service teams, maintain high cleanliness standards, and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
