Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations at Sophia, ensuring polished service, guest satisfaction, revenue performance, and compliance with St. Regis standards. Requirements typically include several years of experience in upscale or luxury restaurant operations, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, staff scheduling, inventory control, cost management, and health and safety procedures. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills are expected. The successful candidate should be guest-focused, commercially aware, comfortable coaching multicultural teams, and able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Familiarity with hotel systems and experience in Singapore or an international luxury hospitality environment would be advantageous.
