Job Description

The Guest Experience Expert welcomes guests, completes check-in and check-out, manages reservations, responds to questions, handles guest requests, and helps create a smooth and memorable stay. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a professional presentation, basic computer confidence, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Previous hotel, front-office, or hospitality experience is helpful, though a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to be warm, reliable, attentive to detail, culturally aware, and able to resolve concerns while representing Marriott standards.
