Company Info

Marriott International is one of the world's largest hotel companies, operating a broad portfolio of brands across luxury, premium, and select-service accommodation. Its properties provide lodging, dining, meetings, leisure, and resort experiences for business and holiday travellers. Marriott is recognised for structured operating standards, international career opportunities, employee training, and a strong focus on guest service. Destination Guide

Thailand offers strong hospitality opportunities on Phuket, Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Krabi, and other resort destinations, especially in hotels, restaurants, wellness, marine activities, and tourism services. Pattaya is on the mainland, but it is a major coastal tourism centre with many hotel and restaurant jobs. Thai culture values politeness, respect, cleanliness, and calm communication; learning basic Thai is helpful. Island life brings warm weather, beaches, outdoor activities, and a relaxed social atmosphere, although living costs and seasonal employment vary by destination. Foreign workers generally need an employer-sponsored Non-Immigrant B visa and a work permit before legally starting employment. Employers may assist with documentation, but requirements should be confirmed with Thai authorities. Candidates should budget for housing deposits, transport, health insurance, and daily expenses, and verify salary, service charge, accommodation, meals, and visa support before relocating.
