The resort offers guest rooms, suites, restaurants, leisure facilities, a spa, pools and direct access to Al Aqah Beach, with views toward the Gulf of Oman and the Hajar Mountains. As a Marriott-managed property, it generally follows established international standards for guest service, colleague training, workplace safety and operational quality. Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island but a federation of seven emirates, offering opportunities across hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, finance, technology and healthcare. Fujairah and the east coast provide a quieter lifestyle than Dubai, with beaches, mountains, diving, water sports and a strong resort sector. UAE culture combines Islamic traditions, Emirati heritage and a highly international population; respectful dress and behaviour are important, particularly during Ramadan and at religious sites. Lifestyle benefits include modern facilities, reliable transport, international schools and diverse dining, although summer temperatures are extremely high. Most overseas employees need employer-sponsored residence and work visas; the employer normally arranges entry permits, medical testing, Emirates ID and residency processing. Candidates should verify contract terms, accommodation, insurance, leave, flights and transport before relocating.
