Job Description

The Kitchen and Laundry Technician maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots kitchen and laundry equipment, including ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, boilers, and related electrical or mechanical systems. Candidates should have vocational training or experience in hotel engineering, appliance maintenance, electrical work, or mechanical systems. Practical knowledge of preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, workplace safety, and basic technical documentation is expected. The role requires reliability, good teamwork, physical stamina, and the ability to respond quickly to equipment breakdowns. Previous experience in a large hotel, resort, or commercial laundry is advantageous. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required.
