Job Description

The Commis II supports the breakfast and brunch kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, plating, replenishing buffet items, and maintaining cleanliness and food-safety standards. The role generally requires basic culinary training or relevant kitchen experience, although motivated candidates with limited experience may be considered. Applicants should understand hygiene procedures, follow recipes and instructions accurately, work efficiently during busy service periods, and cooperate well with chefs and colleagues. The candidate is expected to demonstrate reliability, stamina, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Experience in a luxury hotel or high-volume restaurant is advantageous.
