Job Description

The Loss Prevention Supervisor helps protect guests, employees, property, and company assets at Petaling Jaya Marriott Hotel. Typical requirements include relevant hotel security or loss-prevention experience, supervisory ability, good knowledge of emergency procedures, incident reporting, CCTV and access-control practices, and clear communication in English; additional local languages are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead security officers professionally, investigate incidents, monitor risks, enforce Marriott standards, support emergency responses, maintain accurate records, and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Discretion, sound judgment, physical readiness, and a calm, service-minded approach are essential.
