Job Description

The Chef de Partie – Banquets supports the banquet kitchen by preparing, cooking and presenting food consistently to W Melbourne and Marriott standards. Requirements typically include commercial cookery qualifications or equivalent kitchen experience, food-safety knowledge, strong organisation and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The successful candidate is expected to manage an assigned section, follow recipes and portion controls, maintain hygiene and workstation standards, minimise waste, and coordinate effectively with chefs and service teams.
