Job Description

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing air-conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, and related building systems at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. Candidates should have technical training or a diploma in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical engineering, along with relevant hotel, commercial, or facilities experience. Practical knowledge of preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, safety procedures, and building-management systems is expected. The role requires the ability to read technical documents, respond to maintenance requests, keep accurate records, and work effectively with other departments.
