Job Description

The Assistant Director of Finance supports the hotel’s financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements. Candidates typically need a degree or professional qualification in accounting or finance, relevant hotel or hospitality experience, and strong knowledge of financial systems, Excel, and Singapore regulations. The role requires leadership, accuracy, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to work closely with department heads and senior management. The successful candidate is expected to maintain reliable financial controls, deliver timely reports, support business decisions, safeguard company assets, and help develop an efficient finance team.
