Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is a major hospitality and tourism market, with strong opportunities in hotels, restaurants, resorts, events, aviation, retail, and entertainment. Dubai offers a fast-paced international lifestyle, excellent infrastructure, beaches, shopping, nightlife, and year-round sunshine, while Abu Dhabi is generally more relaxed and culturally traditional. The population is highly diverse, and English is widely used at work; Arabic, Russian, Hindi, and other languages are valuable in guest-facing roles. Employers normally sponsor a work visa, residence permit, medical examination, and Emirates ID after hiring. Candidates should confirm whether accommodation, meals, transport, insurance, annual leave, and airfare are included. Living costs can be high, particularly for private housing. Employees should respect local laws, Islamic customs, modest public behavior, and strict regulations concerning alcohol and public conduct.
