RTR Specialist - Tax

Job Description

The RTR Specialist - Tax supports record-to-report activities with a focus on tax accounting, compliance, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end closing. Typical requirements include a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; experience in general ledger or tax operations; knowledge of local and international tax principles; strong Excel and financial systems skills; and good English communication. Candidates are expected to work accurately, meet deadlines, investigate discrepancies, maintain reliable documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and external tax stakeholders. Experience with SAP, shared-service centers, process improvement, and Philippine tax regulations is advantageous. Professional accounting certification or progress toward one may also be preferred.
