Job Description

The Senior Quality Assurance Officer is expected to maintain and improve quality standards across DHL operations in the Philippines. Requirements typically include a bachelor’s degree, relevant experience in quality assurance, operations, logistics, or process improvement, and knowledge of quality management systems, audits, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
