Job Description

The Senior Associate – Receipting role supports the accurate and timely processing of customer payments and receipts for DHL in Malaysia. Typical responsibilities include matching incoming payments to invoices, updating accounting systems, investigating discrepancies, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal finance teams and customers. Candidates are generally expected to have a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, along with experience in receipting, accounts receivable, cash application, or shared-services operations.
