Job Description

This internship supports customs-clearance activities within DHL’s international logistics operations in Malaysia. Typical requirements include current enrollment in a relevant diploma or degree program, preferably in logistics, supply chain, business, or international trade; good English and communication skills; basic Microsoft Office knowledge; attention to detail; and the ability to organize documentation accurately. The candidate is expected to assist with import and export paperwork, check shipment information, coordinate with internal teams and authorities, follow customs regulations, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment are important.
