Job Description

GrabForBusiness Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for growing Grab’s corporate customer base in Indonesia. The role typically involves identifying and prospecting enterprise accounts, managing the full B2B sales cycle, presenting mobility, delivery and corporate expense solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Candidates are expected to have several years of enterprise or consultative sales experience, a proven record of meeting revenue targets, strong communication and negotiation skills, and confidence using CRM and sales reporting tools. Experience selling technology, mobility, logistics or business services is advantageous. The role requires commercial drive, structured pipeline management, collaboration with internal teams, and a good understanding of Indonesian business practices. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English is generally expected.
