Job Description

The Head of Account Management leads DHL’s strategic customer-account function in Japan, overseeing retention, growth, service quality and commercial performance. The role typically requires substantial experience in key-account management, customer relationship management, logistics or supply-chain services, and people leadership. Strong commercial judgment, negotiation ability, financial awareness and knowledge of B2B customer needs are expected. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with multinational stakeholders, using account data to identify growth opportunities, resolving escalated issues and developing actionable customer plans.
