Administration Officer

Job Description

The Administration Officer supports day-to-day office and operational activities, including document preparation, data entry, filing, reporting, scheduling, record maintenance and communication with internal teams, customers and suppliers. Candidates are generally expected to have strong administrative and organisational skills, attention to detail, accuracy with data, and confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems. Good written and verbal communication, professional customer service, confidentiality and the ability to manage competing priorities are important. Experience in logistics, freight, transport or a large corporate environment may be advantageous. The successful candidate should demonstrate reliability, teamwork, initiative and a commitment to DHL’s safety, compliance and service standards.
