Job Description

The Client Success Associate supports Gartner clients by building trusted relationships, helping them use research and advisory services, and encouraging renewals and engagement. Requirements typically include professional fluency in Swedish and English, strong written and verbal communication, customer-service or account-management experience, commercial awareness, and confidence using CRM and digital tools. The successful candidate is expected to manage client conversations, understand business needs, coordinate with internal experts, track activity against performance goals, resolve issues promptly, and deliver a consistently high-quality client experience.
