The Executive Partner, Chief Human Resources Officer – Advisory and Counsel provides trusted, senior-level advice to CHROs and HR executives. Requirements typically include extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership, executive advisory, organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and communicating with senior stakeholders. Strong candidates will have held senior HR or consulting positions, understand contemporary workforce challenges, and be able to translate research into practical recommendations. The role expects excellent written and verbal communication, commercial awareness, sound judgment, independence, and the ability to build long-term relationships with C-suite clients. Experience working across industries and presenting to executive audiences is highly valuable.
